Tips for Muslimah Solo Travelers visiting Geneva, Switzerland:
Geneva is a harmonious and international place, considering that it is the home to the United Nations in Europe.
You won’t find it hard to walk around and explore comfortably as a Hijabi Muslimah. There’s plenty of Hijabis here too.
However, like any places, do exercise caution in dark alleys and most particularly, avoid Rue de Berne at late night as it turns into a Red Light District. But in the early evening, in sha Allah the area should be okay.
And when it comes to budget, Switzerland is known to be a premium destination in Europe so even the littlest thing like a meal can have a premium price here. So just be ready to accomodate to this.
How Many Days Is Enough in Geneva?
