Georgia to Armenia Overnight Train

Underrated beauty of Armenia. One of my solo ventures from spring – highly recommend if in the Caucasus

How did you get by with language barrier etc and are people friendly towards Muslims?
Translate apps were very helpful, with mainly all Russian tourists most things are in Armenian or Russian, there were some people who did speak English well. Unfortunately I did not see many Muslims and as it’s not quite on the tourist trail so easily bypassed (met 2 other English speaking tourist) its usually a stop over for those heading to Georgia or Azerbaijan, although small, stopping by for mount ararat is defo worth it.
isn’t mount Ararat based in Turkey though??
It is and visible from Yerevan, there’s a mountain that goes very close for a good view.
